Meanwhile, the Easter holidays have come and gone, my daughter had left for training camp in Vienna and returned in one piece (albeit a bit worn and tired), and school re-opened today.

One more day of work in his present job for DH, and as of 1 April, he'll work in another town, all right, too far from here to be commuting every morning, so he'll live there during the week and be home for the weekends.

Which means that we had to go flat-hunting in that other town.
First attempt of finding something suitable failed, after some previous browsing the internet for possible flats, but a week later he had some better luck and found himself a cute little apartment in the second floor of a semi-detached in a very quiet little street.

One of our two trips south to that city he had to combine with sitting in on the interview of yet another young engineer to join his newly-to-be-created team which he is going to manage.

During that time, I had the chance to go visit the centre of the city and walk about a little.
And of course I would not only walk, I'd definitely bring the camera and take some photos, too.
